Mission Statement
Walk by Faith exists to glorify God by helping people grow into devoted disciples of Jesus Christ through authentic community, biblical discipleship, servant-hearted outreach, and opportunities to discover their God-given purpose. We seek to unite believers across churches, equip them to live out their faith, and share the hope of the Gospel in our communities and beyond.
Vision Statement
We envision communities transformed by the love of Christ as believers from every church denomination stand united, discover their calling, and boldly live out the Gospel. Through discipleship, outreach, and missions, we desire to raise generations of faithful disciples who make disciples, strengthen local churches, and impact cities across the United States for the Kingdom of God.
Our Mission
Walk by Faith was founded on the belief that following Jesus was never meant to stop at attending a Sunday service. Christ calls His followers to continually grow in their relationship with Him, serve others with humility, proclaim the Gospel, and make disciples of all nations.
Our desire is to create opportunities for people to experience each of those steps.
We exist to cultivate authentic Christian community where people can grow spiritually, discover the gifts and purpose God has placed within them, and take practical steps into serving His Kingdom. Whether through Bible studies, fellowship, outreach events, local service projects, or future mission opportunities throughout the United States, everything we do is centered on pointing people toward Jesus Christ.
We also believe the Church is one body. While local churches have different expressions and traditions, we are united under one Savior. Rather than competing with churches, Walk by Faith exists to strengthen them by connecting believers, encouraging collaboration, and helping people become more engaged in the mission God has given His Church.
Our prayer is that every person who becomes part of Walk by Faith would leave with a deeper love for Christ, stronger biblical convictions, meaningful Christian relationships, and the confidence to faithfully serve wherever God calls them.
Our Core Values
1. Christ Above Everything
"He must increase, but I must decrease." — John 3:30
Jesus Christ is the center of everything we do. Our identity, decisions, teaching, leadership, and mission begin and end with Him. We desire to glorify Christ rather than ourselves, ensuring that every event, conversation, and ministry points people toward Him.
2. Scripture Is Our Foundation
"All Scripture is breathed out by God..." — 2 Timothy 3:16–17
God's Word is our final authority. We seek to teach Scripture faithfully, encourage biblical wisdom, and measure every belief and decision against God's truth. We welcome everyone with love while remaining faithful to what Scripture teaches.
3. One Church, One Mission
"That they may all be one..." — John 17:21
We believe every follower of Christ belongs to one universal Church. While denominations may differ on secondary issues, we are united by the Gospel. We seek to build bridges rather than barriers, encouraging believers and churches to work together for the advancement of God's Kingdom.
4. Faith in Action
"Faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead." — James 2:17
Faith is meant to be lived, not merely discussed. We challenge one another to serve others, share the Gospel, care for our communities, and boldly follow wherever God leads. Every believer has been gifted by God with a purpose, and we desire to help people discover and faithfully use those gifts.
5. Make Disciples Who Make Disciples
"Go therefore and make disciples..." — Matthew 28:19–20
Our goal is not simply to gather people but to raise up mature disciples who help others follow Christ. We strive to equip believers to grow spiritually, lead faithfully, and multiply the work of God's Kingdom by investing in others.
