Monday nights are for movement, music, and community. From 7–9 pm, we gather at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd for swing dancing, and everyone is welcome. Whether you’ve never danced a step in your life or you’ve been dancing for years, this is a relaxed, encouraging environment where every skill level is taught. It’s completely free, open to all, and led by instructors who make learning fun and approachable.
You’re encouraged to bring a dance partner if you have one—but if you don’t, that’s absolutely okay. Many people come solo, and part of the joy of swing dancing is meeting new people and learning together. This night is about more than just dancing; it’s about laughter, connection, and stepping out of your comfort zone in a welcoming space. If you’re looking for a fun, low-pressure way to be active, build community, and try something new, Monday night swing dancing is the perfect place to start.
